Catherine is always happy and having a good time! She cuts hair amazingly and the whole crew always seems happy even when they are slammed! Keep up the good work!

No greeting signed in at front desk screen stated was 27 minute wait after 45 minutes still had 3 people ahead of me. Told them I was going to leave was taken off the list was the last one on the list. Came back in after I called them and was told to come back in and I would be taken care of came back in in 3 minutes one more ahead of me with a wait time if 29 minutes. Was a first available appointment. After 45 minutes was put on deck and after 25 minutes on deck a new customer came sand started to talk to me. A guy who is a friend of one of the hairdressers confronted me and told me to my face stop spreading your s**t. I asked him to go outside. I have gone to this location multiple times over the last 3 years. The time board is a joke when you are on deck longer than the original time you are quoted. It is not even reasonable to have a wait well over 2 times what is stated. Very bad business practice. Would never go back and will tell all my friends. Just be honest do not waste people's time.

Great experience. First time to this location but definitely not the last. I walked in and the place was very clean. The whole crew greeted me and were very welcoming. My stylist was Mariah. She was very nice and pleasant and did an incredible job. She will be my go to person from now on for sure.
